SUNBELT Rentals UK & Ireland has announced it has been named one of the UK’s best workplaces in construction, engineering and property for the second consecutive year.
The recognition from Great Place To Work UK places the business in the Large & Super Large category and is based on confidential feedback from the people working across the company.
This year, 69% of teammates took part in the survey, with Sunbelt Rentals achieving a Trust Index score of 70% and employee engagement of 72%. The results showed positive progress across every headline measure, including leadership effectiveness, wellbeing, innovation, and values.
