MCGOVERN Plant Hire has invested heavily in new Hitachi machines ranging from ZX33U-6 mini-excavators up to ZX225US-7s, all equipped with the mixed fleet telematics system CTFleet Link and Xwatch.
The company started life as H McGovern back in 1984 when founder Hugh McGovern purchased his first machine. In 1997, it grew into H McGovern & Son Plant Hire when Hugh’s son John joined the business, and it has since grown significantly. The firm supplies a range of operated and self-drive plant to companies and projects all over the UK.
