CRJ Services Ltd has launched a new machinery parts website – www.crjservicesparts.com – which allows customers to search and buy spare and wear parts for popular machines.
The company said that thanks to its experience of being both a machine operator and parts supplier, the firm understands the challenges faced by customers when trying to source parts, especially when that part is holding up production. CRJ holds over £1.4 million worth of stock at its Cheshire base.
The current online offering covers a range of overband magnets, trommel drums, conveyor belts, filter kits, hammers and teeth.
Users of the new website can also speak with the CRJ parts team in real time through the instant messenger facility.
