A&Y Equipment has announced it has secured a deal to become the UK importer for Dieci construction equipment.
Dieci is an Italian-based manufacturer known primarily for telehandlers, though the firm’s portfolio also includes truck mixers and dumpers.
A&Y said the kit will complement its existing ranges of Yanmar construction, Ammann compaction and Cormidi tracked carriers.
Dieci was founded in 1962 and became one of Europe’s first makers of telehandlers in the 1980s. The firm has 17 current production lines incorporating 143 models.
Robert Brown, managing director at A&Y Equipment said he was delighted to be associated with premium brands. “The products will complement those that we already supply, fill in some gaps in our product line and ultimately allows us to offer more complete solutions to our customers,” he explained.
Patrizia Gambarelli, export manager for Dieci added, “A&Y are the ideal fit to push our construction products in the UK.
“They are a large, professional company with many years’ experience of the market.
“Having visited the premises and met the staff we are sure this is going to be a very productive partnership.”
