ABERDEENSHIRE-based Powerwasher Services Ltd are becoming frequent visitors to ScotPlant.
This year the family-run business is introducing a new concept in cleaning. They’ll be showing off the Permahot electrically-heated pressure washer, which won the product of the year award at The Cleaning Show in 2013.
Liz Carnie, whose father started the firm 30 years ago, said, “We’re one of the UK dealers for MAC International.
“One of the advantages of electrically-heated pressure washers is that there are no fumes. It’s very environmentally friendly, which is important these days as people are more aware of emissions.
“Employees don’t want to subject their staff to fumes and people want to do their bit for the environment.
“Electrically-heated power washers have been available in the past but they were expensive. The Permahot range is very competitively priced.
“We’ve been attending ScotPlant for a few years now. It’s always a good opportunity to meet potential new clients. If you put the effort in, people are going to see you.
“We celebrated our 30th birthday last summer. Today there are 14 of us including two sales people on the road.”
Powerwasher Services offer a complete sales, repair and service package on their range of pressure washers and cleaning equipment.
Although based in Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire, the firm covers most of Scotland.
