BOBCAT has started production of the new T650 compact track loader.
Combining the capabilities of the manufacturer’s 600-frame M-Series platform with the latest Stage V engine technology, the new T650 is powered by a 2.4-litre Bobcat engine delivering 55 kW (74 HP).
The model is fully Stage V-compliant without the need for AdBlue. Bobcat highlighted its ‘robust steel frame, efficient cooling system and vertical lift path’ as making it ready for demanding applications, while the 1,192kg rated operating capacity provides muscle for truck loading, pallet handling and earthmoving.
Katinka Kincses, Bobcat product manager for loaders, said, “The new T650 brings together everything operators expect from a Bobcat – toughness, power and agility – with a level of comfort and refinement that makes a real difference on the job. It’s a compact machine that packs a serious punch, with precise controls, excellent visibility and fast cycle times to help operators get more done.”
The T650 is designed to work with Bobcat’s portfolio of attachments. The proprietary Bob-Tach mounting system aims to make attachment changes quick and easy, while optional High-Flow hydraulics allow for more demanding applications. The machine comes equipped with Machine IQ telematics as standard.
Bobcat added that a forward-positioned cab and fully transparent door provide a clear, direct view of the attachment and work area, while LED working lights help maintain productivity when the light starts to fade.
