Reduced tail swing mini to take pride of place for SANY at ‘key event’

SANY SY26C

SANY has revealed the firm’s Executive Hire Show line-up will include the SY26C mini-excavator with reduced tail swing.

The manufacturer is returning to the event, which takes place at the Coventry Building Society Arena from February 12-13.

SANY will display a range of mini-excavators ranging from 1.8 to 3.6 tonnes. The firm said the SY26C is proving to be a ‘firm favourite’ with its combination of compact size and powerful performance. The model is also described as easily towable and features an updated next generation cab.

Also on the stand will be the fully electric SY19E. As well as zero emissions, the machine is equipped with a LFP battery which is said to allow for ‘faster, safer and more efficient’ charging as well as a ‘significantly longer’ battery life.

The largest excavator to feature in the display will be the SY35U zero tail swing model, boasting a Stage V Yanmar engine and advanced load-sensing hydraulic system.

Making its European debut following a global launch at bauma, China will be the STR27 2.7-tonne light tandem roller. With compact dimensions of 1.3 x 2.5m, a Kubota engine, ‘best in class’ visibility to the drum and a number of safety features, SANY said it is ‘ideal’ for construction and maintenance work on medium and small construction projects.

“The Executive Hire Show is an excellent platform to connect with industry professionals and demonstrate SANY’s dedication to delivering reliable, high-performance equipment for the plant hire sector,” said Charley Bright, marketing manager for SANY UK and Ireland. “We’re thrilled to be returning to the show for the fourth year running and having the opportunity to showcase some of our latest machinery as well as engage with our valued customers and partners at this key event.”
