PREPARATIONS are underway for the Executive Hire Show (EHS) 2025, following a ‘Kick-Off’ meeting at the Coventry Building Society Arena where 30 exhibitors joined the EHS team to discuss what’s in store for the next edition of the event.
The annual gathering of the plant, tool, and equipment hire industries is scheduled for February 12-13. Building on the ‘record-breaking’ success of the 2024 show, which saw 2,145 industry professionals attend, organisers have revealed EHS 2025 promises even more.
Peter Beach, MD of GenQuip Groundhog and a veteran of all 17 Executive Hire Shows, shared strategies for maximising exhibitor success, while Steve McKenzie from the Hire Supply Company updated attendees on the National Visitor Campaign, which aims to attract hire professionals from across the UK and Ireland.
EHS 2025 will feature a mix of new and returning exhibitors. Among the 31 first-time exhibitors are XCMG, Makita, Magni, Red Rhino Crushers, Snorkel, and Milwaukee. Returning favourites include Atlas Copco, JCB, Thwaites, and SANY UK & Ireland. With only ten stands remaining and 135 already sold, EHS 2025 is on track to be another sold-out event.
Chris Moore, publishing and event director of the Executive Hire Show, said, “The Executive Hire Show is where hirers meet the industry’s top suppliers and see the latest innovations. This year’s lineup of exhibitors promises to deliver something valuable for everyone, offering a great mix of technology, innovation, and networking opportunities.”
In addition to product showcases, the event will feature the Innovation Trail Live, spotlighting advancements in eco-friendly technologies. The evening networking party will return on the first day, welcoming over 500 attendees for a night of connections and conversation.
Two regional roadshows will also take place. These trade-only gatherings, open to hire executives across the UK, offer a chance for hirers to connect with suppliers in a relaxed atmosphere.
There is a new venue for the Scottish roadshow – the Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort in Cumbernauld on October 22. The other regional event returns to the Coldra Court Hotel in Newport on November 19.
