ABAX, a provider of smart mobility solutions, has announced the launch of ABAX Vision AI in the UK, which integrates high-definition video evidence and real-time driver safety technology directly into the core ABAX fleet management platform.
The solution is said to eliminate the need for standalone dashcam systems and move video telematics beyond passive recording.
ABAX Vision AI detects risky driving behaviours such as fatigue, distraction, phone use, tailgating, and lane drift – and delivers instant in-cab audio alerts to help prevent incidents.

ABAX Vision AI helps fleets understand why it happened and helps drivers prevent incidents before they occur. By bringing video, AI, and fleet data together, we’re giving customers the complete picture.”
Further benefits include allowing operators to streamline incident investigations, improve driver coaching, and accelerate insurance claims handling.
ABAX Vision AI is available in road-facing and dual-facing configurations. To support UK adoption, ABAX is offering a free first hardware installation on qualifying contracts.
