WITH exactly one year to go, the countdown to PlantWorx 2025 is underway.
The exhibition, hosted by the CEA (Construction Equipment Association), takes place from September 23-25 at the Newark Showground, and is expected to attract around 400 exhibitors and over 15,000 visitors.
Major names including Takeuchi, RSP UK Suction Excavators, SANY, Sunward, Avant Techno, XCMG, Hydrema, LiuGong, Mecalac, Kubota, Steelwrist, Hidromek, Rototilt, Worsley Plant, Merlo, Manitou, National Highways, and many more are already confirmed. These companies will showcase their latest innovations through live demonstrations.
Simon Frere-Cook, PlantWorx event director, said, “Technology is advancing faster than ever, and PlantWorx 2025 is where these innovations come to life. We’ve designed this event to ensure that whether you’re a contractor, operator, or business owner, you’ll leave with insights and practical knowledge that can transform your operations. It’s about preparing for the future as much as seeing what’s available today.”
Back by popular demand, the Operator Challenge will give attendees the chance to test their skills, with substantial prizes up for grabs, including a cash award for the overall winner.
New features include the Shared Dig Zone, which will allow more companies to showcase their equipment without the need for a large demo plot.
Simon added, “PlantWorx continues to be the go-to event for the construction industry because it offers a unique space where companies, large and small, can showcase their technologies in action, and visitors can engage with them directly.”
