VISITORS to the Takeuchi stand at Plantworx 2023 will get a first look at the manufacturer’s new fully electric TB20e mini-digger and TB395W wheeled excavator.
The TB395W will be demonstrated in the Takeuchi Dig Zone while a static model will take pride of place on the firm’s stand, enabling attendees to see the redesigned ergonomic 3-series style on the compact machine.
Takeuchi now has five excavators designed in the 3-Series style. The latest TB350R, a five-tonne short-tail excavator, will be available to test-drive in the Dig Zone. Operators are encouraged to compare performance alongside other 3-series models on demo: the TB335R and TB370.
The Takeuchi Time tyre challenge, which featured at ScotPlant last year, is also coming to Plantworx. The new battery powered TB20e mini-excavator will be taking charge of the Takeuchi Time. Operators can win daily prizes. The competition is hosted by Dave Vickers (@diggingwithdave2023) and tests operators on both their precision skills and speed.
Takeuchi will be showcasing a full line-up of excavators from one to 15-tonnes and will be supported at the event by the company’s full UK dealer network.
