MCCLOSKEY Equipment will be showcasing its crusher and screener range across two stands this year at ScotPlant, vowing to deliver solutions for every application and size project, from multiple small sites to the largest of quarry operations.
On display will be the J50 Jaw Crusher, which McCloskey revealed boasts the widest jaw in its class at 50” x 29”, for those requiring maximum productivity. Key to the machine’s performance is its jaw speed, which the firm explained leads to better reduction and material being processed faster through the crushing chamber.
Two further McCloskey machines will take pride of place at the firm’s second stand, the R105 High Energy Screener and the J40 Jaw Crusher.
The McCloskey J40 has a heavy duty cheekplate design, 40’’ wide jaw, and ‘user-friendly’ control panel. The machine is said to offer high-throughput in a highly portable package – just 2.5m wide. The performance of this machine has been proven in multiple applications the world over.
The McCloskey R-Series range, comprising the R70, R105, R155 and R230, is described as ‘one of the most robust, durable and powerful’ heavy-duty mobile screener ranges at work around the world today. All models, including the R105 on display at ScotPlant, are built around McCloskey International’s High Energy Screenbox, offering operators ‘class leading features, high-quality components, durability and reliability’.
