“ONE of the most important shows on the calendar.” That’s how Sean Heron, MD of attachments specialist Worsley Plant, views ScotPlant.
The firm will be back in its usual spot this year, displaying the latest materials processing equipment for the recycling, demolition, construction, landscaping, and waste management industries.
Since the last ScotPlant, Worsley has expanded its range and solidified its position as a one-stop shop for all attachment needs. This year, the business will be showcasing a range of hydraulic attachments including crushing and screening buckets from Remu and MB, as well as demolition attachments from Rotar.
Also on display will be fully automatic quick coupler systems from Lehnhoff – the Variolock range. Worsley said changing any attachment is ‘effortless, safe and fast’. The operator can change any tool including the hydraulic connection at the touch of a button from the comfort of his cab. The newest additions to the range will be on the stand – the Montabert range of breakers and magnets from Dynaset.
Sean Heron said, “We see ScotPlant as one of the most important shows on our calendar. It always has a fantastic turnout and we are looking forward to meeting all our Scottish customers. It’s one event we certainly wouldn’t want to miss.”
Worsley Plant revealed that one customer in the Highlands is now achieving 100% recycling of materials thanks to a MB crushing bucket, saving them considerable time, as well as transportation and material costs, with the added benefit of being environmentally friendly.
Juliet Perrett, marketing manager at Worsley Plant, commented, “All our product ranges can be configured to meet the criteria of just about every materials handling, waste processing and recycling application you may encounter. This level of flexibility means that most customers take delivery of unique solutions that have been created especially for their needs.
“Our unique products have a triple focus of recycling materials on site to reduce waste sent to landfill, increasing revenue from high value material collection, as well as providing benefits for the environment.”
ScotPlant 2022 takes place on Friday April 22 and Saturday April 23 at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh.
