LEICA Geosystems, part of Hexagon, has announced that GAP Group will become one of the company’s authorised distribution partners.
GAP’s Survey & Safety division currently has full national coverage, with 15 depots offering repair and calibration services across the UK. This specialist division has recently formed a new technical services unit, with GAP revealing it will continue to invest further in ‘new and innovative’ survey technology as the partnership develops.
Karen Greenshields, MD of GAP Technical and Environmental Services, said, “Forming a strategic partnership with Leica Geosystems as a UK authorised distribution partner was an important milestone for our Survey & Safety division, allowing GAP to provide our customers with the full Leica Geosystems range for hire, sales and, later this year, calibration and repairs.
