THE MATERMACO Group are to display Terex Trucks’ TA300 articulated hauler on their stand at the Matexpo trade show in Belgium show this week (September 11 until September 15).
The updated 28-tonne TA300 incorporates a new transmission which Terex Trucks say leads to a 5% improvement in fuel efficiency. An extended maintenance period and enhanced performance has also been reported in comparison to the previous model – with it featuring eight forward gears and four reverse gears, higher overall gear ratio speed, equal ratio steps between gears, and optimised gear shifting with partial load shits.
Luc Deleener, director of the industry department at the Matermaco Group, said, “Terex Trucks’ articulated haulers, the TA300 and TA400, are robust, simple to operate and easy to maintain. We have recently become a dealer for Terex Trucks in the Benelux region, in addition to being their longstanding dealer in Algeria, and we are excited to exhibit the upgraded TA300 and talk to customers about the machine at Matexpo.
“We have been working with Terex Trucks in Algeria for a long time, so we have a good understanding of the machines and know from our own experience that they are reliable, high-quality haulers that excel in the most challenging conditions.”
