Finning completes John F Hunt acquisition

FINNING UK has completed the acquisition of John F Hunt Power Group.

Approximately 145 John F Hunt Power Group employees will join the wider Finning organisation, creating a combined workforce of approximately 1,900 colleagues across the UK and Ireland.

The acquisition is said to combine complementary strengths in power solutions, rental, engineering expertise, customer support and operational capability.

The acquisition is not expected to result in ‘any significant changes’ to day-to-day customer interactions.
