TEREX Trucks’ recently updated TA300 rigid hauler is set to make an appearance at the Balmoral Show in Northern Ireland this month.
The 28-tonner will feature on Terex Trucks’ stand at the agricultural event, which will be held between 15-18 May. The TA300’s new transmission comes with eight forward gears as well as four reverse gears, described as offering higher overall gear ratio spread, equal ratio steps between gears and optimised gear shifting with partial load shifts.
“We are really excited to exhibit the upgraded TA300 hauler at the show, it will be the cornerstone of our stand,” said Jonathan Campbell, dealer principal at Sleator Plant. “It will be impressive for visitors to see the robust TA300 up close. We want to show that we are at the forefront of the construction industry, our business is all about innovation and pushing boundaries – and that is something we share with Terex Trucks.”
“The TA300 and Sleator Plant will be great representatives for Terex Trucks at the Balmoral Show,” Paul Douglas, managing director of Terex Trucks added. “The TA300 is a proven performer that delivers low total cost of ownership and high productivity. This articulated hauler is simple to operate, robust and easy to maintain. It’s great that visitors will be able to see the machine up close and learn about the latest product improvements and customer benefits, such as improved fuel efficiency and increased productivity.”
