GRANGEMOUTH-based Jarvie Plant has launched a “group-wide” recruitment drive to support its expansion plans.
The firm now has eight depots in Scotland after recently opening a new base in Aberdeen and moving into a purpose built facility in Dundee.
Staff numbers have risen to 150 within the last year. Now, a number of new posts are being created across Scotland including senior sales manager roles, operations managers, back office functions, plant fitters and supervisors.
David Jarvie, business development director, said, “The business is on an exciting growth curve so it’s vital we attract people who have the right sector experience.
“With Scotland’s construction sector gradually improving, we are aiming to provide our customers such as housebuilders, civil engineers and building contractors with a first class hire service.”
Jarvie is supplying equipment to projects including the Aberdeen bypass and Dundee’s new V&A Museum.
