National hiring firm, GAP Hire Solutions, has announced the launch of a new Vehicle Hire division. With ambitious expansion plans for 2015, the branch is the fourth to be launched by GAP this year and follows the successful integration of Survey & Safety Hire, Event Services and Welfare Services.
Having recently completed the acquisition of Central Vehicle Hire, an established company with a team of experienced staff, GAP Vehicle Hire will offer a wide range of the UK’s newest commercial vehicles for hire. All available vehicles can be built and modified to customers’ exact specifications. Following GAP’s recent purchase, their Vehicle Hire unit will inherit a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles from Central Vehicle Hire.
GAP Vehicle Hire will offer new and existing GAP customers a range of bespoke hire packages, from just a few vehicles to an entire business fleet.

Founded in 1969, GAP has an annual turnover of £118million and currently employs over 1,000 staff across 100 depots in the UK.
