BUCKHURST Plant Hire have expanded in the north of Scotland with the opening of a new depot in Peterhead.
The depot opened on January 6, complete with a full range of equipment and a dedicated sales and service team.
Gary Collins, Head of Scottish Operations, said, “Customer satisfaction is a major priority to us, and opening a depot in the Aberdeen area will give our cients a much greater range of equipment to fulfil their requirements.”
The firm has recently made a number of new additions to their fleet around the country.
They have started to take delivery of 100 new telescopic handlers from JCB. They include units from 5mtr to the new 20mtr models.
35 JCB 3CX backhoe loaders have also started to arrive. The new 3CX machines are fitted with the tier 4 engine that comply fully with the current emissions regulations.
Buckhurst introduced Hyundai excavators to their fleet in 2012 and have been so impressed with their performance that an additional 22 excavators appeared on fleet in January.
The firm has also been named as the UK and Ireland distributor for Terramac carriers.
