WACKER Neuson has released details of its new product launches this autumn, including the EW135 wheeled excavator and WL750p and WL950p wheel loaders.
The EW135, boasting driving speeds of up to 35 km/h, represents the next generation of the manufacturer’s wheeled excavators, featuring a fixed boom system, intelligent hydraulics, MiC technology, and preparations for assistance systems to support versatile attachment applications.
Wacker Neuson explained that the permanently mounted articulated boom without swing console enables direct power transmission, increases the machine’s stability, and provides the foundation for higher lifting forces.
The electrohydraulic pilot control system is designed to provide ‘particularly precise and controlled’ machine movements and can be adapted to different applications using individually storable operator and attachment profiles.
Active Working Signal (AWS), Auto Brake, an advanced overload warning system with a 10-inch Human Machine Interface (HMI), side and rear-view cameras, and 360° visibility have been included to help operators identify potential hazards early on. Further safety aspects include LED work lights and access steps in high-visibility colours.
The new WL750p and WL950p wheel loaders, meanwhile, are said to combine high pushing power, powerful hydraulic performance, and speeds of up to 40 km/h.
Wacker Neuson revealed that the development process focused on comfort and safety. The intuitive control concept, featuring a display, jog dial, and joystick, provides direct access to assistance systems such as the loading assistant, automatic bucket return, or lift height limiter.
The power drive system enables driving speeds of up to 40 km/h without shifting gears or changing drive stages. As a result, tractive force is available at all times without interruption. The combination of a load sensing pump and a flow-sharing valve aims to ensure that hydraulic power is delivered exactly where it is needed.
