EvoQuip has launched a new high-capacity finishing screen for use across a range of applications.
The Falcon 1630 can process up to 500 tph depending on material type, feed size and screen specification. At the heart of the machine is a three-deck screen box with a 16×5 top and middle deck and 14×5 bottom deck. The machine also incorporates a two-bearing incline screen box with adjustable screen angle to provide operators with flexibility to optimise performance across varying material types and operating conditions.
EvoQuip added that quick wedge tensioning, bottom deck hydraulic tensioning and dedicated access points help reduce the time required for mesh changes, while all four discharge conveyors are hydraulically folding for transport and offer adjustable configurations. The fourth product oversize conveyor features variable tilt and side slew functionality, allowing operators to accurately discharge material for stockpiling or recirculation applications.
