FIRMS investing in TANA shredders can now benefit from an extended warranty programme covering all new TANA Shark and TANA Hammerhead shredders ordered throughout 2026.
The ‘Built to Outlast’ campaign sees the standard warranty upgraded from 12 months or 1,500 operating hours to up to three years or 3,000 operating hours.
As the UK distributor and support partner for TANA equipment, CRJ Services said it welcomes the announcement as another demonstration of the manufacturer’s confidence in the ‘reliability, durability and long-term performance’ of its machines.
CRJ added that TANA shredders have earned a reputation for their ‘robust’ construction and ability to process a variety of materials efficiently. Whether handling commercial waste, construction and demolition waste, biomass, wood waste or bulky materials, the TANA Shark and TANA Hammerhead are designed to deliver consistent performance in demanding environments.
The enhanced warranty is designed to provide additional reassurance that TANA stands behind the quality of its products. The warranty follows the same terms and conditions as TANA’s standard warranty and includes coverage for parts, labour, freight, consumables and fluids affected by warrantable defects.
To maintain warranty eligibility, machines must be serviced in accordance with TANA’s recommended maintenance programme, utilise genuine TANA parts and remain connected to the TanaConnect remote monitoring platform.
