REEDS Construction and Engineering will make a welcome return to ScotPlant this year following a 20-year absence!
The firm will be showcasing its chassis-mounted SpreadTec DS8 dust suppression unit, described as an essential solution for areas with strict environmental regulations. The self-propelled machine works to reduce airborne dust particles, improving site air quality, personnel safety, visibility, and reducing dust and debris near sensitive zones.
The fully assembled vehicle is suitable for dust suppression, site, road and machinery cleaning, soil stabilisation and ground preparation applications, drainage solutions, fire control and water management capabilities, and demolition and construction sites.
Reeds will also be extolling the benefits of the SpreadTec TBA (Trailed Binder Agent) 10. The spreader is designed and engineered to perform in a wide variety of civil engineering soil stabilisation groundwork projects. Reeds said this manual rate binding agent spreader offers precise measurement and control of cement, lime and binding agent materials spread via a mechanical system with hydraulic control of the auger applicator and conveyor floor.
ScotPlant 2026 returns to the Royal Highland Centre at Ingliston in Edinburgh, on Friday April 24 and Saturday April 25, 2026. The event is free to attend. Registration is now open.Â
