THE CEA (Construction Equipment Association) will support the Hydrogen Energy Association (HEA) Annual Conference 2026 as an official event partner.

The two-day conference will take place on 8–9 July at IET Savoy Place in London, bringing together senior figures from across the UK’s hydrogen sector.

The HEA works with government, industry, and international partners to support the development of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies in the UK.  The 2026 conference will focus on UK growth, energy security, and decarbonisation, examining how hydrogen can support the country’s future energy system and industrial strategy. The programme will feature speakers from across government, industry, and infrastructure organisations who are shaping the direction of hydrogen deployment.

As energy transition policies increasingly influence construction, engineering, and equipment sectors, the CEA said it sees the partnership as an opportunity to ensure its members are connected to discussions around future fuels, energy infrastructure, and industrial decarbonisation.

Viki Bell, chief executive of the CEA, said, “Hydrogen is an important part of the wider discussion around the UK’s future energy mix, particularly as sectors such as construction and engineering continue to explore alternative power solutions and lower-carbon technologies. The HEA conference brings together the organisations and decision-makers shaping that agenda. As an event partner, the CEA is pleased to support the event and ensure our members have the opportunity to be part of those discussions.”

As part of the partnership, CEA members will receive a discount of up to 25% on conference tickets. Members wishing to attend should contact the CEA directly to obtain the discount code before registering: Email: gill.stirk@thecea.org.uk
