BUCKHURST Plant Hire has strengthened its rental fleet with the purchase of more than 110 new Takeuchi machines.
The national hirer has expanded its fleet to meet increased demand in sectors including renewable energy, overhead power, and utilities.
With this latest investment, the Buckhurst fleet now exceeds 1,200 excavators, most of which are Takeuchis.
The new additions comprise 100 excavators ranging from 1-15-tonnes including ten TB210Rs, 20 TB325Rs, 15 TB230s, 30 TB260s, 20 TB290-2s, and 15 TB2150Rs. In addition, ten of the latest TCR50-3 tracked dumpers will be ready for lifting platform conversions and cranes.
The machines will feature Andy’s Man Club (AMC) branding. Buckhurst has championed AMC for many years and supports its campaign focusing on key issues around mental health in men.

Buckhurst was one of the first hire firms to get on board with Takeuchi, a manufacturer celebrating 30 years in the UK this year.
