STEVENS Equipment Rental (SER) has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Aidan Harrison as operations director.
The move is designed to anchor the company’s nationwide expansion and comes at a time when SER is bolstering its fleet, depot network, and service capabilities.
As the company scales, Harrison will oversee all operational aspects – from machine hire and servicing to sales support – implementing processes with the aim of driving efficiency while maintaining SER’s ‘personal touch’.

Aidan Harrison brings a wealth of experience in engineering, continuous improvement, and operations leadership. Most recently, he held a senior operational role within the offshore aerial survey sector.

My goal is to ensure that as we grow larger, we also become more efficient and even more reliable for our customers. We’re building the operational backbone that will support the next 50 years of success.”
