SPEEDY Hire has launched its latest Social Value Strategy, described as setting out a ‘bold and actionable’ framework for delivering long‑term social, economic and environmental value.

As a core pillar of the company’s wider sustainability programme, Decade to Deliver, the strategy places an emphasis on the Social Value Model PPN 002.

Speedy Hire explained the strategy is built around a ‘simple but powerful’ ambition: to go the extra mile to create opportunities that deliver lasting social value.

By embedding sustainability, resilience and responsibility into every part of the business, Speedy Hire added that it aims to ensure that today’s actions lead directly to tomorrow’s opportunities. The strategy outlines a series of commitments and programmes designed to help build a legacy of positive change for the communities the company serves.

Sairah Ghalib, social impact and communities manager at Speedy Hire, said, “At Speedy Hire we’re committed to going the extra mile for our colleagues, customers and communities to create opportunities that deliver lasting social value. Our new Social Value Strategy sets out how we’ll make that happen. It’s designed to create impact, ensuring that every initiative we lead delivers benefits that extend beyond today, building a legacy of opportunity for the future.”

The new strategy is now live.
