SHARON Mughal has been appointed as the new commercial manager of the CEA (Construction Equipment Association).
She has more than a decade of senior experience across membership organisations and trade associations. Sharon has held leadership roles at UKWA, the Global Cold Chain Alliance, the Cold Chain Federation, the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, and the British Security Industry Association.
At the CEA, she will lead the association’s commercial activity, supporting membership development, sponsorship, advertising, and wider industry partnerships.

She is practical, member-focused and brings a steady hand to an area of work that underpins everything we do.
