Fife Council invests in £46,000 electric road lining vehicle

FIFE Council’s transportation service has taken delivery of a new £46,000 electric road lining vehicle.

The local authority said that its new LineLazer ECO ES Roadliner brings improvements over diesel powered alternatives in carbon reduction, operational safety, productivity, and service quality.

Fife’s roads spokesperson, councillor Altany Craik, said, “This new road marking vehicle  is a significant upgrade from our previous diesel-powered road marking lorry,  It will enable us to work more efficiently, safely, and sustainably, ensuring a higher standard of service for communities across Fife.”
