SUNBELT Rentals UK & Europe has teamed up with digital consultancy iMMERSIVE to deliver a multi-cloud Salesforce implementation programme.
The initiative is currently live in several areas of the business and aims to help support employees to work more efficiently, utilise data-driven insights at every customer touch point, and create a connected way of working.
Sunbelt Rentals has a five-year strategy, called Sunbelt 4.0 – Equipped for Success, to deliver key milestones in its digital transformation journey. The programme is focused on modernising operations and enhancing customer service through technology.
The latest phase has seen the rollout of Salesforce, including features designed to streamline operations and put customers ‘at the heart of every interaction’.
The transformation includes: a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed to gives teams a full view of every customer to enable a faster and more personalised service; advanced sales tools to equipping teams with smarter, data-driven solutions to drive performance and improve response times; fully digital account opening that allows customers to open an account online in just 30 minutes; automated workflows to streamline internal processes; and greater visibility of customer data to enable more informed decision-making and stronger relationships.
