KEESTRACK showcased its latest innovations at bauma 2025, including the new C7 three-deck high-capacity classifier.
The model, with a capacity up to 600t/h, has a triple deck screen box of 5450 x 1800mm with interchangeable screen meshes. The C7 is designed for ‘accurate and high-capacity precision screening’ for sand and aggregates. The solution is available in conventional diesel/hydraulic drive, but Keestrack’s R&D department has plans to make it available in full electric plug-in drive in the near future.
Also highlighted in Munich was the new R2 compact track mobile impact crusher, available in full electric ZERO and conventional diesel/hydraulic drive versions.
The impactor has a capacity up to 150t/h. The crusher design features are said to be similar to the larger R3. The hopper (3m2) with integrated vibrating feeder (3300 x 810mm) and pre-screen (1250 x 810mm) has an asymmetric design to feed the material easily into the inlet, which is equipped with a replaceable entry beam.
The newly designed rotor, with a width of 840mm and diameter of 920mm, is made of Hardox steel. Rotor speed can be adjusted by a hydrostatic drive to fine tune the desired grain size.
The diesel/hydraulic R2 version is driven by a DEUTZ TCD 5.2 L4 engine. The ZERO drive version has no combustion engine.
Another new addition to the portfolio is the firm’s first tracked shredder – the P3. This compact twin-shaft shredder is equipped with two heavy duty axles. In different setups, the shredder can be used for applications including construction waste, biomass, and industrial and household waste.

The shredder has a feed opening of 1589 x 1200mm and a shaft diameter of 700mm. The shaft speeds are 45 and 25rpm, while the rotation varies according to the programme selected. The shredder features an automatic release system by reversing the direction of rotation.
