AIS Obras y Estructuras 2015, a construction and renovation company based in Murcia, Spain, has been singing the praises of the firm’s recently acquired Bobcat TL25.60 telehandler.
The business was looking for a versatile machine that was capable of working in tight spaces and handling heavy loads.
Purchasing manager Pablo Sánchez described the TL25.60 as offering the ‘perfect combination’ of load capacity, manoeuvrability and robustness.

Bobcat describes the TL25.60 as a ‘compact, agile model with great manoeuvrability’. AIS Obras y Estructuras 2015 uses various attachments with it, including pallet forks and a multi-purpose bucket, giving it even greater adaptability.
Pablo Sánchez added, “The pallet forks allow us to quickly and safely handle heavy materials, while the multi-purpose bucket is ideal for loading, earthmoving and cleaning work. The versatility of this model is one of the aspects we value most. The possibility of changing attachments quickly allows us to change to different tasks without interrupting the work rhythm.

The telehandler is being used for material handling, excavation, levelling and load transport. One recent job was the construction of a housing estate, with the model being used to move and load concrete blocks, and to level the ground.
“We mainly work on the construction of single-family homes and luxury villas,” Pablo Sánchez added. “The properties are usually between 300 and 800 m2 in area, mainly in urban locations. The most complex job carried out with this machine was a construction site on a site with steep slopes and limited access. The Bobcat TL25.60 telehandler demonstrated its stability and manoeuvrability, facilitating the transport of materials in difficult conditions with an outstanding load capacity.”
