CEA teams up with recruitment agency to address sector skills gaps

Construction Equipment Association and Elite Consultancy Network partnership

THE CEA (Construction Equipment Association) is addressing sector skills gaps by entering a partnership with Elite Consultancy Network, a recruitment agency specialising in the construction equipment industry.

The collaboration is tipped to benefit CEA members by offering access to Elite’s annual salary survey reports, the opportunity to participate in future surveys, and the ability to leverage its talent pool for upcoming vacancies.

Elite’s research and investment has led to the creation of a recruitment platform called ENG’s 3D Framework®. This data-driven platform is designed to help companies overcome short-term recruitment challenges while building a diverse talent pipeline for the future.

Elite delivers targeted solutions for operational, sales, and technical roles within equipment manufacturers, dealerships, crane and powered access sectors, as well as hire and rental businesses.

Viki Bell, CEO of the CEA, said, “We’re pleased to partner with Elite Consultancy Network, whose expertise and insight into recruitment challenges will provide immense value to our members. Access to Elite’s salary surveys and their extensive talent network means our members can attract and retain the right people to ensure continued growth in a competitive marketplace. This is an important step forward in addressing the skills gap in our industry.”
