LIEBHERR has marked a major milestone with the production of the 100,000th machine at the manufacturer’s founding site on its 75th anniversary.
The white LH 22 M Industry material handler was personally signed by employees at Liebherr-Hydraulikbagger GmbH in Kirchdorf an der Iller, Germany, while the 100,000 figure is emblazoned in large numbers.
The machine was presented to staff as part of the celebrations to mark the Liebherr Group’s 75th anniversary.
The LH 22 M Industry boasts a ‘sturdy and compact’ design, which makes it suitable for deployment in recycling applications.
Featuring engine and hydraulics technology developed in-house by Liebherr, the main focus is said to be on fuel efficiency, while at the same time enhancing performance. The attachment of the machine is available in a variety of versions. The 100,000 anniversary model is equipped with a sorting grapple.
