Finning launches ‘Happy Days’ initiative to boost customer productivity

FINNING has launched a new ‘Happy Days’ customer programme designed to support those running a Cat machine to ensure the best return in terms of performance and fuel efficiency.

By signing up to the programme, customers can access information and deals on aftermarket and technology add-on packages. Each month, 10 new sign-ups will have the chance to have their names pulled out of the hat to win a Cat branded cap.

Finning said customers can expect a host of topical content and expert insight and practical ‘how to’ guides, as well as videos to help operators improve techniques and utilise technology most effectively. It also has a section focusing on aftermarket solutions available to customers including remote monitoring and preventative service and maintenance plans.
