CRJ Services Ltd will be showcasing material processing equipment from world-renowned OEM brands at ScotPlant 2024.
Highlights will include the Pronar MPB 20.55 GH trommel, used for a wide variety of applications including aggregates, biomass, commercial & industrial waste, construction & demolition waste, glass, household waste, incinerator slag, metals, organic waste, paper & cardboard, plastic, sand, skip waste, tree roots, trommel fines, wood, and Japanese knotweed.
The product is described by CRJ as energy-efficient due to low fuel consumption, and easy to use thanks to an intuitive operation panel, which allows operators to set the required parameters for effective screening.
Versatility is a further key feature, with various materials such as soil, compost, municipal waste, aggregate and biomass capable of being processed efficiently. The model comes equipped with multi-functional remote control.
Also on the CRJ stand will be Haas Tyron 2000XL 2.0 slow speed shredders, suitable for applications including biomass, commercial & industrial waste, household waste, mattresses, metals, organic waste, paper & cardboard, plastic, tree roots, tyres, and wood.
Twin shredding shafts are said to enable greater control and consistency of shred size. The product can be used in any location and boasts ‘easy and quick’ positioning thanks to crawler tracks and radio remote control.
The model can shred different materials with just one tool configuration and is described as being resistant against foreign objects. CRJ listed further features as including low wear costs and a long lifetime; a quiet main drive; no wrapping of long fibrous material; and service and maintenance-friendly.
