AIRDRIE-based SCG Supplies, the Scottish official DEUTZ engine distributor, will be in the company’s usual pitch opposite the show organisers office at ScotPlant 2024.
For owners and engineers maintaining DEUTZ-powered equipment, there will be an extra incentive to pay the stand a visit this year. Attendees are invited to bring their business cards or supply their details to be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win DEUTZ genuine parts up to a value of £500. Runner-up prizes of £250 for the second name out of the hat and £150 for third will also be up for grabs.
The parts and consumables supplier will also be handing out its 2024/25 guide to products and services, to provide customers with a reminder of what’s on offer with regards to plant electrics, engines or breakdown essentials.
As always, there will be Portafill equipment on show as well as information on the IMS range of blending mixing and conveying solutions.
Anyone looking for feeding and washing solutions can learn more about the Bruce Engineering range. Bruce is a long-standing partner supplier to SCG, and has enjoyed success in the Scottish market with its WashPod containerised wash plant.
Since the last ScotPlant exhibition in 2022, SCG has started to supply and fit a comprehensive range of strobes, light bars, cameras, and work lights. These will be on display over the weekend.
Paul Thorne, SCG director, said, “Of course, the core business activity is providing quality, aftermarket parts for operators of crushing and screening equipment so whether you are already a customer or you’re in the market for a cost effective, alternative supplier, pay the SCG team a visit to see what they can supply to help you maximise your uptime.”
