ATTACHMENTS manufacturer Hill Engineering has announced the appointment of Mark Leathem as head of operations.
Mark has 14 years’ experience in engineering, most recently with Kingspan Water and Energy where he was operations manager. His role at Hill will see him tasked with overseeing a range of responsibilities, from procurement, engineering and end-to-end manufacturing, to quality, after-sales, shipping and logistics.
Hill said that Mark brings particular expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and quality, as well as customer service.
“I am delighted to be joining Hill and will relish the challenge to bring all these responsibilities to bear even more fruit for such an innovative and well-regarded brand,” Mark said.
Hill Engineering is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year with a diversification into Titan excavator buckets.
