THE senior management team at Eagle Plant Hire has announced the acquisition of the business from main shareholders Colin and Claire Inglis.
Eagle Plant was founded in 1992 and has traded throughout Scotland’s central belt, servicing predominantly the construction markets.
In a statement, Eagle Plant revealed it recently secured a deal with the majority shareholders and in doing so has secured the future trading of the business.
The senior management team is led by John Cummings and supported by a board of Iain MacDonald, Douglas Smeaton, Leigh Cummings, Gary Reynolds and John Monaghan.
They thanked Colin and Claire for their ‘service and dedication to the business which has seen the company become what is now recognised as a first class provider of plant hire services,’ adding that the team is now ‘fully focused on continuing to provide unrivalled service to our clients and develop the business even further’.
