SUNBELT Rentals UK and Ireland has achieved bronze accreditation from the 5% Club’s 2023-2024 Employer Audit Scheme.
The scheme assesses employers’ activities, evaluates future plans and commitments, and examines their approaches to quality, social mobility, diversity, and inclusion.
By joining the 5% Club, firms demonstrate an ongoing commitment to invest in their people by providing workplace training.
Sunbelt Rentals’ apprenticeship programme has been in operation for over 10 years and is described as playing a ‘critical’ role in the company’s investment in the next generation and highlighting career opportunities available in the industry. Over the last two years, apprenticeships have been provided to 200 people, with further developments planned for the upcoming programme to broaden the opportunities available.
