AB2K machines to go under the hammer to make way for new kit

Quattro Group machines in action at the AB2T open day event earlier this year

A selection of over 200 machines from AB2K in Scotland and Quattro Plant in England are set to go under the hammer at an auction on November 8.

Chris Rankin at Euro Auctions, who is hosting the event, has revealed the plant hire specialists will be offering rail road vehicles, excavators, dumpers, dozers, loaders and more from brands including Caterpillar, Volvo, JCB, Komatsu, Doosan, Bell, Hydrema and Colmar.  All variety of machines will be up for grabs as well as a mixture of access equipment, buckets and a variety of attachments.

‘We believe this to be the largest amount of rail road and construction equipment sold in one day,’ Chris said. “We are proud that AB2K & Quattro have trusted us to sell this well maintained, specialised machinery.”

AB2K and Quattro heavy plant is being transported to the Lichfield Quattro depot, ready to be sold to make way for an investment in brand new machines and equipment.

The auction takes place on Wednesday 8th November at 9am at Lichfield Yard, Ogley Hay Road, Brownhills, Walsall.

Quattro Group MD John Murphy explained, “We are making space for the future. It’s a case of out with the old, in with the new! There will be some fantastic construction and rail gear on offer.  I can guarantee there will be bargains to be had – I’m sure many great machines will go for a steal.”

Viewing days are on 6th and 7th November.  For further information visit euroauctions.com
