HIRE specialist GR8 Equipment & Tool Hire has taken delivery of the company’s 100th Kubota excavator from Hosplant Sales.
Based in Hertfordshire, with further depots in Saffron Walden and Cambridge, GR8 has worked with Kubota for nearly a decade and has seen demand for the manufacturer’s mini-excavators rise ‘rapidly’.
GR8 has a Kubota mini-excavator fleet of one to three-tonne machines to meet the varying needs of customers.
Hosplant developed a bespoke black and gold livery for the 100th Kubota excavator to mark the milestone, based on the uniform colours of the local high school which GR8 MD Josh Thompson and his team attended.
Josh Thompson said, “It’s been an exciting journey over the past ten years developing the business and to watch how its grown is something the team and I are very proud of. Kubota and Hosplant have played a key role in this business growth.
