ENTRIES are being sought for the annual AMPS (Association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of Power Generating Systems) Awards for Excellence 2023.
Winners will be announced at an event at The National Motorcycle Museum near Birmingham on November 16, hosted by comedian Dominic Holland, the father of Spiderman actor Tom Holland.
Organisers said that entering the AMPS Awards is a testament to a member’s ‘dedication and expertise’ in the power-generating sector.
David Oates, AMPS director general, said, “Entering the AMPS Awards is incredibly important; it’s an opportunity to shine a light on the outstanding work within our industry. I strongly encourage all our members to either enter or nominate a fellow member.
“With seven diverse categories to choose from, there’s a space for every achievement. This year, we’ve listened to our members and made the AMPS Awards bigger, better, and more accessible. The move to Birmingham, a fantastic host, and our enhanced award categories are all aimed at ensuring that this is an event that the power systems industry will remember and be proud of.”
The deadline for entries is September 22.
