BOBCAT has announced the launch of the company’s new Machine IQ telematics system, which the manufacturer revealed connects customers to information about their machine at any time, anywhere and from any device.
The Bobcat Machine IQ telematics system allows customers to check the health of machines and remotely track information from smart devices or laptops.
Last month, Bobcat launched a new version of Machine IQ – called Customer Machine IQ Beta – on the web and as a mobile app to give customers access to this technology, which opens a door to Bobcat’s new digital world.
New Bobcat Machine IQ Telematics SystemThis new version of Machine IQ is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch. All customers in Europe and Israel have access to all of the premium features of Machine IQ free of charge until the end of June 2023.
Machine IQ can be installed on compatible Bobcat machines already in the field. The manufacturer said customers should contact their local dealer to check compatibility.
