THE Industry Lifting Lead AP Group is set to host an open day later this month at GGR Group’s HQ in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire.
Attendees will hear from industry speakers and have the opportunity to see bespoke equipment and learn about different lifting applications.
Visitors will also be offered a tour inside the facility and view a variety of product demonstrations, including GGR’s lifting equipment, glass vacuum lifters, glazing robots and UNIC mini spider cranes. Other equipment on display will be the new sky robot 1500, electric and diesel telehandlers, and new overhang beams.
Discussion topics will focus on aspects including lifting, loading, lowering, training, vehicle interface, new methods of working, and areas of innovation.
The target audience for the event is lifting APs, logistics managers/supervisors, plant managers, procurement leads and senior H&S leaders from across the Tier 1 and industry contractors’ group.
