MOLSON Young Plant Sales has secured the distribution rights to Hydrema dump trucks throughout Scotland.
The Danish-manufactured machines join the firm’s line-up of dump truck options, which include forward tipping Thwaites dumpers and Terex Trucks ADTs.
Hydrema produces rear and swivel tipping dumpers, specialising in Low Ground Pressure (LGP) design. Molson described the products as ‘more than a match’ for the most demanding site conditions, including soft Scottish peatland.
The Hydrema range focuses on a small number of key products – the 7t payload 707G, 10t payload 912F and 20t payload 922G – all featuring the same self-stabilising pivot steer chassis.
The trucks are constructed from the ground up. Chassis, body and cab components are all designed and manufactured within Hydrema’s factory near Aalborg in the north of Denmark. The company also manufactures all hydraulic cylinders used on their vehicles.
