ROTOTILT has strengthened its attachments portfolio over the course of 2019.
The manufacturer recently released a series of asphalt cutters, described as being perfect for cable and pipe installation jobs. The models feature a locking pin on the shaft, which is said to make changing the cutting wheel easy. The cutters are available in three sizes; S45, S50 and S60.
Meanwhile, Rototilt’s grading beam is described as optimising grading work on roads and larger land areas. The beam is available in widths of 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m and 3m. Made from ‘highly durable’ steel, Rototilt added that it comes with an adjustable roller and bearings of the ‘highest quality’.
A ‘more robust design’ and wear-resistant HB450 steel front, rear and sides are features of Rototilt’s ripper, a tool designed for use on frozen or hard ground.
The ripper design is optimised for Rototilt’s machine couplers and has a reinforced attachment frame to withstand high breakout torque. The product is available for Rototilt’s S60 and S70 machine coupler systems and is equipped with a J series tooth system as standard.
Finally, a sorting bucket has been added to Rototilt’s bucket family and is compatible with the manufacturer’s tiltrotators, machine couplers and control systems.
Rototilt sorting buckets are available for machine weights from 12 to 25-tonnes.
The new design features wear zones made from special steel with a hardness of 500 Brinell, while curved areas are strengthened with 450 Brinell steel.
Callum Mackintosh, MD of Rototilt’s Scottish dealer, HHH Equipment, said, “Rototilt’s new attachment offering allows us to provide our customers a full package deal at one point of contact. I’m excited to get these out in Scotland; we’ve already taken orders for grading beams.”
