B95W added to Yanmar’s demo fleet

YANMAR Compact Equipment Europe has announced an expansion to its demo fleet in the UK and Ireland, with the B95W wheeled excavator now available for operators to trial.

The machine features a 74.4kW EU Stage IV/EPA Tier 4 Final engine. Yanmar claimed exhaust gas after-treatment reduces emissions by up to 90%, through an improved combustion/injection system and diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC).

The 9,500kg model achieves a digging force of 42.6kN (bucket)/53.2kN (arm), with an 8.1m reach and 4,080mm dig depth. A hydraulic system with four independent circuits aids flexibility, while operators can simultaneously operate a tiltrotator with a hydraulic quick-hitch system and a hydraulically-driven tool.

Three boom options are available: standard articulated, long dipperstick and circular boom. Yanmar’s demo unit has also been fitted with a Steelwrist tiltrotator.

David Cockayne, area sales manager (UK and Ireland) at Yanmar CEE said, “The best way to experience a Yanmar excavator is to operate one. By expanding our demo fleet with the B95W wheeled excavator, we aim to provide a simple way for operators to get up close and personal with the latest Yanmar equipment and see what really sets it apart from the crowd.”
