MOLSON Group has been appointed SMP tiltrotator dealer for Scotland, England and Wales.
Sweden-headquartered SMP manufacture seven different models to fit excavators ranging from 3t (the ST6) through to 30t (the ST28). Molson said the full SMP range is being rolled out across the group, including Molson Young Plant Sales in Scotland, with units available from the beginning of June.
By offering the SMP machines in conjunction with existing brands in the portfolio including Kobelco, Molson Group said it will be able to offer a “one-stop shop” for customers looking for an excavator and tiltrotator package.
Molson Group has sold tiltrotators from a range of brands in recent years, and explained it will maintain a “strong relationship” with those businesses and continue to support customers with warranty work, parts and servicing requirements on legacy units.
